Well… we survived! 😂 No Mike tonight due to his back causing him grief, so Clare took control of bingo duties and somehow managed not to break the new system! In fact, it worked so well that everyone could see the winning Music Bingo ticket displayed on screen. We won’t mention that Clare chose the wrong playlist for the music bingo round 🤫🤣🤣 Technology actually behaving itself in a pub, despite the operator? Wonders never cease! 🤣 Tonight also reminded us exactly why we love our bingo family. We received a lovely thank you card from Karen and Steven after celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary with us last week. Seeing everyone come together to help make their evening special is what The Turnpike is all about. ❤️ Huge credit to Mike too, who made sure they felt like VIPs on their big night.
